For an item ordered from everbrightshop.ca (online purchase), when you click the “Submit Order Button”, you will be notified via e-mail by e-receipt, acknowledging your purchase. In a situation where the purchaser has requested for the delivery option, your purchase will be delivered to your address.

While for customers who physically come to the shop location to purchase items, they will receive debit alert upon payment, hence payment validates order or makes purchase effective.

Also customers who purchase online and choose the option to pick-up their orders from the physical shop location, must present evidence of the online payment.
