Returns:
Groceries and all other items are not returnable and cannot be exchanged at Everbright shopping Centre (Global African Food Market Limited). It is the customer’s duty to ensure that the items purchased are in good condition before exiting the shop premises. Items purchased are deemed to have been delivered to the purchaser and cannot be returned upon the issuance of purchase receipt for “in person purchase”, while for online purchase, items are deemed to be delivered and cannot be returned where they are dropped-off at the doorstep of the customer. Items purchased and delivered cannot be returned. However, exceptional situations will be treated based on their merit.
Refund
In the case where a refund is agreed upon, such as delay in the delivery of items purchased within 5 business days,
the amount to be refunded shall be 0.01% of the total of the items purchased before tax and it shall be credited to the account of the customer with Global African
Food Market Limited, and it shall not be a cash refund.
